Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can chicken broth, undiluted
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Whisk in flour, and cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute.
Whisk in broth and remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, 2 minutes or until mixture thickens.
Note: To serve gravy over chicken, sprinkle 4 skinned and boned chicken breast halves with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

1 kg. Fish filets
For Marinate:
½ tsp salt as per taste
2-3 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic (Lehsan) paste
½ tsp chili (Lal Mirch) powder
¼ tsp carom seeds (Ajwain)
Batter for frying:
4-5 tabs basin
½ tsp. salt (according to taste)
½ tsp. chili powder

Instructions
Mix the
ingredients for marinate.
Coat the fish with marinate and leave it for 2-3 hours in fridge.
Prepare batter using water to make paste (not too thick or thin).
Dip the pieces in batter and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve with fries or Mint (Podina) sauce and naan.
